800 g of watermelon flesh
850 g (about 6) of ripe peaches
12 mint leaves
5 tbsp. to s. Amaretto
3 tbsp. to s. of lemon juice
4 tbsp. to s. fine sugar

Steps

Step 1

At least 1 hour 10 minutes before serving : cut the watermelon flesh into pieces and separate it from the bark. Put it in the salad bowl, add lemon and sugar, mix. Let stand approx. 10 min, the time she loses juice.

2nd step

During this time : by placing yourself above the bowl to make the lost juice fall, break the peaches without peeling them, mix with the pieces of watermelon.

Step 3

At least 45 minutes before serving : spread the fruit a little. Add in mint the finely chopped mint; let infuse 10 min in the fridge. Add the Amaretto, mix. Close, marinate at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
