The aquabiking, this practice is how?

Aquabiking refers to pedaling in the water. We can practice this sport in 2 different ways :
- Collectively : on the same principle as aquagym, people practicing collective aquabiking are found at the pool where several bikes are placed in the water, next to each other. During a group aquabiking session, we pedal in rhythm following the advice given by a coach. Ideal for athletes who want to surpass themselves.
- Individually : with aquabiking in the cabin , one gets firmer at one's pace and smoothly , far from the frenzy of group classes. It is not practiced directly in the pool but in individual cabins that are found in specialized centers. Once his swimsuit is on, go to the private cabin that we will occupy during our session. We settle on the bike that stands in the middle of the cabin which, it fills with warm water (up to our size). We can adapt its pedaling intensity, lulled by background music. An aquabiking session in the cabin usually lasts between 30 and 45 minutes and is planned by simply making an appointment. The extra stuff: the hydromassage . Billions of small bubbles propelled by jets come to explode against the skin. An effect that promotes drainage and firms the epidermis .

The aquabiking, it's good for cellulite

Pedaling in the water can burn twice as many calories as a conventional bike. Logic because in the water, our muscles work against resistance. With 12 to 14 times more pressure in the water than in the air, the effort to provide is much more important. Guaranteed effect on cellulite which is only the sad result of a stagnation of the cellular liquids. The aquabiking (and the bike, more generally) facilitates its decongestion. Practiced regularly (at least 2 or 3 times a week), aquabiking allows us to lose cellulite and orange peel appearance.

The aquabiking, it's good for tired legs

The waves that we provoke by pedaling, come to massage our calves , thighs , buttocks , lower back and belly . Pedaling facilitates the lymphatic and venous circulation of our body which eliminates toxins. The sensation of heavy legs fades immediately thanks to the draining effects of aquabiking . This sport is recommended for people suffering from varicose veins , edema or simply pain in the lower limbs.

The aquabiking, it's good for the heart

Cycling (in the water or not) is a sport of endurance: we work our breathing and our cardiovascular system. And it is on average, from 40 minutes of aquabiking that one begins to develop this endurance. So that the effort is beneficial to our heart , we find its cruising pace and pedal 50 minutes, 1h see 1h15!
