What is a draining drink?
Draining drinks are often derived from plants which have an action on several organs: the liver, the kidneys and the lymphatic system.
The instructions for use of these drinks specify that you have to drink several times a day, in the quantity; suddenly, the air of nothing, we swallow more liquid than normal and eliminates more.
But the real action of these draining drinks is to stimulate the microcirculation and lymphatic circulation , fight against the retention of water and eliminate toxins.
According to Pierre Lafitte , Arkopharma's international product manager, the effectiveness of draining drinks lies in the caffeine they contain. It activates diuresis (the elimination of urine) and allows the infiltration of tissues into water. Result ? "We lose excess moisture mass" (understand: we limit the water retention).
The drainants would be mainly intended for women who suffer from "heavy legs" and water retention problem. We also immediately think of cellulite, but everything is not so simple ...
The effect of these drinks may be beneficial to limit watery cellulite (which rhymes with circulatory problems and water retention) but not for cellulite fat, consisting of fat cells and fibrous cellulite (often painful to the touch).
Nevertheless after 15 days , the action of caffeine would also burn some of these fats.
Obviously all these results are possible, only as part of a balanced diet and the practice of a sports activity.

Our opinion : the taste is really nice (the best of 3 products tested), quite close to grenadine. Side result, we eliminate ... undoubtedly!

Use : dilute the equivalent of a measuring cup (45 ml) in 1 liter of water, to consume throughout the day.

Our opinion : green tea contributes to the degradation of stored fat by promoting drainage, the taste is not bad and we eliminate a lot.
