ingredients

6 ripe but firm bananas
1 orange
25 g walnuts
1 vanilla pod
4 1 tbsp. to s. of sweetener (Canderel)
50 g of flour
40 20 g of butter

1 small bowl
1 large nonstick skillet
1 wide and thin spatula
1 zesteur knife with minitrous
1 small knife
12 small wooden skewers
1 sheet of aluminum

Steps

Step 1

In advance: rub with the fingertips flour, 40 g of shredded butter, crushed nuts, 4 tbsp. de Canderel, 1 pinch of salt, to put everything in small crumbs. Sow in the pan over low heat, cover; when the bottom has blondi, return by lifting with the spatula, let blonden the other face. Let cool.

2nd step

Prepare everything: take half of the orange peel into filaments, press the juice. Split the vanilla along its entire length, remove the seeds by scraping with a knife, break up the pod. Mingle zest, juice and vanilla beans in a bowl. Peel, cut, put the bananas on the skewers while passing well in the center.

Step 3

To serve: brown skewers 8-10 min on all sides over low heat in the pan with 20 g butter. Take off, keep them warm under the aluminum. Pour the bowl and 1 tbsp. Canderel in the pan, boil. When the syrup has thickened, remove from heat. Roll the skewers in the hot syrup, put on 6 hot plates. Sow the crumble, put the pieces of clove.

tips

Ecomalin. Replace the vanilla pod with 1 tbsp. to s. very good vanilla sugar with natural vanilla: it's cheaper and very good!
