A better way to eat helps to avoid bloating. We eat at regular hours , in peace , taking time .
Cooking level, we prefer the cooked ( preferably without fat ), we monitor the amount of salt and forget the snacking and fast food !

So to put the odds on his side, we linger on our plate.
Protein is preferred (lean meats, poultry or steam fish) as well as cooked vegetables and whole grains.
And we reduce our quantities of crudity fries and other dishes in sauce ...

Also, chew slowly ! Because the more we chew , the easier it is to digest . Not to mention that we avoid to pass for a glutton in front of our friends. And the longer the chewing is, the faster you are satiated . So it's all good!

Side drink , we forget the bubble s and we think to drink before meals but never during , otherwise we alter the digestion.

To ban : chewing gums that make us swallow the air and inflate our little can!

We know that plants have many virtues . Available in different forms (capsules, tea or tablets), they can give us a serious boost !

So against difficult digestion or bloating , think of charcoal, white clay, caraway or fennel.
Vegetable charcoal sets on its surface the gases produced by the fermentation of certain foods rich in fiber and thus prevents the belly from swelling after a meal. We take the right dose: 2 capsules when you feel swollen.
Caution: Wait 2 hours between taking charcoal and another drug (because the charcoal could prevent the good absorption of the other medicine).
