Bach flowers: who are they?

Developed by Dr. Edward Bach in 1930, these famous herbal and flower preparations have already been proven! Very useful to soothe blues, stress , insomnia ... there are 38 and all correspond to different moods and psychological ailments grouped into 7 categories of behavior. Namely: fear , discouragement and despair, loneliness , uncertainty, lack of interest in the present, hypersensitivity to others and finally the excessive preoccupation with the well-being of others.

For their inventor, each elixir corresponds to a negative feeling. Indeed, each flower has the mission of diverting the negative feeling felt into a positive feeling. For this, the Bach flower develops the opposite state to that felt to create a balance. So someone anxious, taking the appropriate Bach flower treatment, will be soothed and serene.
