A lot of care ... and especially a vegan diet!

Every night, I clean my face with Lipikar Syndet La Roche-Posay gel-cream cleansing face and body. I then apply Caudalie's Vintivo Detox Night Oil on which I add the Aura Mirabilis balm from Roger & Gallet. In the morning, I apply Cebelia intensive anti-aging cream directly to my skin.

As I am lazy, I shower with the same foaming gel as for the face and from time to time, I hydrate with milk body Lipikar La Roche-Posay.

Twice a week, I make a face scrub with Pure Active Intensive 3 in 1 of Garnier then I apply a cream with vitamin A acid (Locacid), ideal to exfoliate the skin texture, gain brightness, limit training spots and stimulate collagen production .

I adopted a vegan diet, gluten free and organic . I eat a lot of fuits, vegetables, seeds and berries. No meat, no cereals and no sugar. There is no finality beauty in this approach, just a concern for well-being to feel good.

Sport to eliminate toxins

I practice 7 to 8 hours of sport a week, running, cycling, boxing and yoga bikram. It is a real beauty secret because physical activity, by allowing the elimination of toxins, has a real impact on the quality of the skin.

I do very little excesses, except sometimes food . After a rich dinner, I compensate the next day with a tea diet. I drink all day long, without swallowing anything else, and I will run.

I have a balanced lifestyle and I systematically protect myself from the sun by applying 50 indices - Ideal Soleil de Vichy, Daylong Extreme by Galderma or the mineral cream Bariesun from Uriage.

Its do's and do's for a beautiful skin

  • I do not do

I never do body scrub, I do not wear makeup and I do not apply around the eyes because I found face care that is suitable for this area.

  • Your favorite product?

Organic argan oil at Weleda or Aromazone. I always have it in my bathroom because it is the ideal product to moisturize hands or nails, soothe irritated skin or massage. And it is suitable for all types of skin.

  • My gestures of aesthetic medicine

I limit myself to Botox injections twice a year on the forehead and the lion's wrinkle. This is the only act I practice. For the rest, I'm happy to treat my skin with cosmetics.

  • What I find most fabulous

The depilatory laser whose final results give women immense freedom.

  • What disappointed me the most

The mesotherapy gun, heavy, expensive and painful. I prefer the manual gesture, lighter and more subtle.

Her pro tips for beautiful skin, all the time, everywhere

  • The machine I can not do without

My fractional CO2 laser, to restore elasticity and density to wilted skin or treat acne scars and stretch marks. To the great satisfaction of my patients.

  • What I expect in aesthetics

A drop in the cost of injectables and lasers that we must pass on to our patients. As a result, these acts represent a rather heavy expense in their budget and crowds out people who would for example need a treatment against scars or acne.

  • The advice I would give to my loved ones

Focus on a healthy lifestyle to keep a beautiful skin , that is to say, anticipate instead of repairing with aesthetic acts. So avoid the sun, tobacco, limit the sources of oxidative stress, relax and play sports.

It is precisely to give my advice to my loved ones that I offered them my last book.
