ingredients

6 frozen green asparagus
200g of long raw rice
1 sachet of risotto sauce Tomatoes Basil and Oregano
400g large shelled shrimp
100g of feta
200 ml of water
1 teaspoon of oil

Steps

Step 1

Cook the rice for 15 minutes in boiling water. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, add the asparagus cut in three.

2nd step

Sauté the shrimp with a little oil.

Step 3

Drain the rice and spill it in the pan. Add the water, the contents of the bag, the fried shrimps and the asparagus and mix. Cook over low heat for 3 minutes, stirring. Add the feta dices, mix and serve.

Replace shrimp with scallops.
