The jury has just revealed its selection of novels competing for the Prix Goncourt 2017. A few surprises, including the selection of Eric Vuillard for "L'ordre du jour" (Actes Sud), which appeared last spring and not this re-entry, and the fact that there is no first novel there ... That is to say that five novelists selected are already included in the first selection of the Renaudot Prize. The most prestigious literary prize of the French-speaking world will be awarded on November 6th.
