Steps

Step 1

At first, cut the 4 wraps a little wider than the size of the cups of the mussels.

Place the wraps on a plate and put them in the microwave for 20 seconds to soften them.

2nd step

Apply them in the mold . Brush the inside of the wraps with beaten egg. Bake at 180 ° C for 5-8 minutes, until golden and crisp. Remove them from the oven and leave them in the pan.

Step 3

For the filling , put the butter in a pan, add the onion and sauté it on a low heat until it melts and take a transparent color.

Remove from the fire and divide equitably between the quiche bottoms.

Then place the chopped chicken over the onions in the quiche bottoms, as well as the sweet Peppadew peppers.

Step 4

Beat the eggs and cream together and season with salt and pepper.

Pour over Peppadew Chicken and Sweet Peppers and fill the quiche bottoms right under the rim. Place the dish in the oven and cook for 10-15 minutes until a nice golden color
