Today, almost a third of food for human consumption is wasted. It is enormous. In France alone, nearly 10 million (!) Tons of food would be thrown away each year. Worse, 1.2 million tons are still consumable food. This represents 20 kg per French and per year.

Food waste: all concerned

To reduce these numbers, we can all act against food waste. And the reasons to make some efforts are not lacking.

Reducing its impact is first of all anticipating and not buying more than what you can eat. Then there are small tips that reduce waste and save money:

  1. Identify which foods can be consumed once the expiry date has passed and the others
