Change of course in the upper reaches of the Mugler house . At the end of this year, the iconic brand of eigthies sees indeed its artistic director David Koma bowing out to devote himself fully to his eponymous label based in London.  

A decision announced today by Virginie Courtin-Clarins , General Manager of Fashion: "I am sincerely pleased to have had the pleasure of working with David and I thank him for this powerful and modern vision of the Mugler woman. "She said in a statement.  

In charge of women's collections for 4 years, David Koma has been able to give a second wind to the brand, reinterpreting with modernity the historical codes of the house. He now leaves his place to the American Casey Cadwallader .  

Aged 38, the former artistic director of ready-to-wear Loewe woman also passed che z Marc Jacobs, Narciso Rodriguez or Acne Studios. Taking office now, Casey Cadwallader will present his first Mugler collection for fall-winter 2018-2019.
