ingredients

• 280 g of broken dough
• 200 g crumbled crabmeat (canned or frozen)
• 1 carrot • 2 shallots
• 1/2 white leek
• 1 tbsp. to c. curry
• 2 eggs
• 15 cl of fresh cream
• 20 g of butter
• 5 cl of milk

Steps

Step 1

Chop fin leek, carrot and shallots. Melt in a saucepan with butter, salt, pepper, 8-10 min over medium heat. Let cool. Add the crabmeat.

2nd step

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (item 6). Beat eggs, cream, milk, curry, salt, pepper.

Step 3

Line mini mussels with the dough. Spread in the crab preparation, pour over the curry cream. Bake 10 min. Let cool down before unmolding.
