1 / Put the gum
The day before, we make a skin all smooth with a scrub with coarse grains. Key gesture to get a tan as bright as the real one. And to avoid the leopard effect, one insists on the zones where the dead cells accumulate (knees, heels, ankles).

2 / Adopt the right position
Leg raised on the edge of the bathtub or sink, a hazelnut of product is heated in the palms of the hands.

3 / Start with the calves.
Apply the self-tanner in circular movements with both hands starting at the back of the calf and continue on the front of the leg upwards towards the knees.

4 / Attack the thighs
Take a little self-tanning if needed and work it upwards with your hands. Stretch it to the maximum, especially on the inside of the thighs. Then, massage the product well on the knees and finish by the feet in smoothing, from the ankles to the toes.

And after :
- Traces are immediately removed on the heels with a moistened washcloth.
- It moisturizes its gambols well every day, morning and evening.
- The application of the self-tanner (always preceded by an exfoliation) is renewed 3 days after, and this 3-day rhythm is kept to keep a tan on top
