350 g large spaghetti
350 g cherry tomatoes
2 white onions
20 mint leaves
1 lemon
Chilli powder
3 tbsp. to s. olive oil
Coarse salt

Steps

Hot spaghetti in raw sauce

1-Take the zest of lemon in filaments with the zester minitrous knife; squeeze the juice. Mingle in a large bowl zest, juice, oil, chopped mint, approx. 1/4 cuil. to c. chili (to your taste!), 1 pinch of coarse salt. Add the cherry tomatoes cut in 2, let marinate at least 30 min.

2- Cook the pasta to obtain al dente . At the same time, peel and slice the onions.

3- To serve : drain the pasta. Alternate several times in a hot dish spaghetti very hot tomatoes marinated with their juice and slices of onion. Mix briefly. Enjoy it immediately.

tips

The good choice. For this recipe, prefer thick spaghetti that will mingle better with cherry tomatoes, such as Barilla's "spaghettoni # 7".
