1 Tradition baguette of 210 g
6 eggs
90 g of truffle chips
30 20 g of butter
Flower of salt

Steps

Step 1

Finely chop the broken truffles if they are big. Cut the baguette in half lengthwise, cut each half into 3 slices; toast them in the toaster. Let cool, spread them with the 30 g of butter.

2nd step

Melt 20 g butter in a large skillet over high heat; break the eggs one by one, cook them one after the other. Season with salt and pepper and place on toast. Sow on the broken truffles. Taste hot.
