ingredients

3 round tomatoes of 150 g
3 small zucchini round of 120 g
6 white 6 medium egg yolks
1 jar of Boursin Cuisine Light Garlic and Fine Herbs (245 g)
Olive oil

Steps

Step 1

In advance: plunge the whole zucchini into the pot of boiling water. Cook 7-8 min in small broths. Drain, let cool.

2ND STEP

During this time: cut a small hat with tomatoes; with the spoon, remove the seeds, remove the partitions. Break the eggs; keep each yolk in a half-shell, cook white on both sides over medium heat in the lightly oiled pan; cut them into very small pieces.

STEP 3

Assemble: cut a hat with zucchini, dig them with a spoon. Alternate in tomatoes and zucchini layers of egg white and Boursin. Then dig a hole in the center by pushing the stuffing up, pour in the yolks. Put on the hats.
