ingredients

100 g of raw shrimp
250 g of white fish fillet
2 onions
1 C. grated ginger
½ c. of Suzi Wan ® Peppers Mashed Potatoes
2 tbsp. coffee machine by Nuöc Mám Suzi Wan ®
1 pot of Cooking Vegetables Chop Suey Suzi Wan ®
2 shallots
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 c. tablespoon of sesame oil
1 C. sesame seeds
4 sprigs of coriander

Steps

Step 1

Shell the shrimp and peel the onion. Cut the fish into pieces.

2nd step

Put the shrimps, fish, onion in the bowl of a blender and reduce to a minced.
In a bowl, add the mince, add 1 tbsp. of Nuöc Mám, mashed peppers, ginger, sesame oil.
Mix everything well.
Leave to rest for 30 minutes in a cool place.

Step 3

Form dumplings and place on a plate.

Step 4

Drain the chop suey vegetables. Peel and mince the shallots.

Step 5

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the shallots for 1 minute.
Add chop suey vegetables and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add the Nuöc Mám. Keep warm.

Step 6

Fry the shrimp and fish balls in ½ liter of vegetable oil. As soon as they rise to the surface, they are cooked. Deposit them on paper towels.

Step 7

Serve immediately with the vegetables, garnish with coriander. Sprinkle the sesame seed balls.
