ingredients

150 g carrots
200 g white cabbage
100 g of pink radish
1 small red onion
75 g of peanuts
Tabasco
6 sprigs of flat parsley
6 cl of lime
3 tbsp. to s. of walnut oil

Steps

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients: scrape, grated carrots. Cut the cabbage into strips of approx. 2 mm wide. Finely chop the red onion, separate the strips well. Cut the radishes into thick slices. Chop the parsley.

2ND STEP

Assemble: on 4 plates or in a big hollow dish, superimpose several times thin layers of cabbage, carrot, radish, onion, peanuts, parsley, cabbage, carrot ... to mix well.

STEP 3

Season: salt the lemon in the bowl. Add the oil and 2-3 strokes of Tabasco (taste!), Beat, spread on the salad with a spoon. Stir slightly.

tips

Variants. • If you find any, replace walnut oil with extra virgin peanut oil, which will enhance and spread the peanut aroma throughout the salad. • For a different and more powerful scent, replace the flat parsley with coriander leaves.
