The highlightening and its iridescent tones are no longer confined to the complexion: frosted pink or blue eyelids, snow-colored glossy lips and luminescent neckline.

The idea is to give back the letters of nobility to the winter carnations and to sublimate them by putting them under the spotlights of a * makeup which calls and retains the light.

Mother-of-pearl for a diaphanous complexion

Begin by preparing the skin using a filling and smoothing base . The dilated pores , the fine lines disappear. Do not skip this step, otherwise you will not get that diaphanous, almost angelic face. A frosty or very glowy makeup unfortunately reveals the slightest defect.

It is also necessary to think to hydrate well, the nacres tending to dry up. The slightly matte skins, for their part, help themselves with a bit of white cream or a CC lightening orchid cream on the face and neck to achieve a fresh shine while transparency.

If necessary, a concealer will be your best ally for camouflaging dark circles and small buttons. We want a flawless complexion.

Iridescent eyeshadow

The eyes are first worked almond using a black felt eyeliner placed flush with the upper lashes to give the effect of a pretty bangs. The mascara will be black or brown but certainly not glittery.

Then put an iridescent blue sky shadow, silver or purple on the middle of the eyelid, then a white or pink on the inner corner of the eye. Stretch them to the temples with a brush. Bound to two or three adjacent tones otherwise the result will be rough.

We finish with the upper eyelids. The chosen colors fulfill the role of the white background for photographers: they balance the lighting. To do this one adopts a white or a pearly champagne, in make-up or in illuminator. Remember that illuminators are versatile and can be used all over the face.

In the evening, intensify the look by adding gray, dark purple or indigo blue.

Illuminator to carve facial contours

On the temples and in the T zone, very clear pearly light reflectors, in stick or cream, create a fresh and glow effect. A stronger rose or coral is preferred on the cheeks and on the tip of the nose to create the illusion of cold and health. Go easy on pain of resembling Rudolph the Reindeer.

This same pink or coral can also be placed in the middle of the arcade in point of health.

Almost translucent lips

The lips require nothing more than a lipstick or a very pale pearl gloss or one of these new generation lip inks perfect for "bitten lips" and that can serve as a blush. Otherwise a slightly tinted balm will do the trick and accentuate the effect "return of the great outdoors".

To finish, do not forget a flick of sparkling powder applied on the neckline and temples to the hairline.
