Lacroix and Aubade: a sensual collection

We hear about it for some time ... That is, part of the capsule collection imagined by the fashion designer Arlesian Christian Lacroix for the lingerie brand Aubade is available. The couturier reinterpreted the mythical line of Aubade, "Idylle Parisienne", adding a lacing and pompoms . For even more sensuality. He was inspired by the world of Versailles and Marie Antoinette to adorn the models of his two lines of floral motifs , arabesques and old lace .

What do the two lines in the collection look like?

The two lines, " Imperial Princess" and " Gardénia" , have the same nine pieces: a balconnet bra , basket, plunge cushion and nesting, a stocking Saint-Tropez, Italian and tanga, a nightie and a waistband. Only the patterns change, with one detail, pink is the star color of this collaboration.

- The " Imperial Princess" line , available in July 2016, is resolutely fresh , in line with the summer season (although it is obviously quite portable at any time of the year). The lace is fuchsia , intense and the floral patterns, anise green in large part.

- The line " Gardénia" , to be found in October 2016 in store, is seductive . The contrast between the feminine pink patterns and the black of the lace is striking.

The prices of the Aubade and Christian Lacroix collections are at the height of the beauty of the models: they start at 109 € for a balconnet bra, 100 € for a basket and 110 € for the plunge cushion, 60 € for a tanga , 79 € for a Saint-Tropez. The nightie costs 155 € and the waist-size, 95 €.
