Idea # 1: Choose the right color

Wearing tinted glasses on your glasses guarantees a different vision depending on the color chosen.
Indeed, there are different shades of glasses that do not all have the same use:

- Gray tinted lenses offer a good restitution of natural colors.
- The brown tinted lenses offer a sunny horizon and are pleasant to wear.
- Yellow tinted glasses increase contrasts. They are useful for driving at night or for winter sports in gray weather as they improve reflections. Sensitive eyes to refrain!
- Green tinted glasses provide a feeling of well-being and rest. However, they tend to distort colors.
- Pink and blue tinted glasses are the latest in the class because they are not very effective even in low light intensity.

The choice of the color of the glasses of your sunglasses also depends on your problems of sight. So :

- If you are short-sighted , opt for brown tinted glasses!
This defect of vision has the characteristic of making the objects fuzzy when they are too far apart.
And because the dark colors increase the contrasts they will allow you to see more clearly at the same time!
- If you are hypermetropic, preferably choose gray or green lenses.
Their soft, soothing and natural color will perfectly fit your eyes.
