First step: as soon as shampooing, the hair fiber is tamed with softening and disciplining formulas, in order to keep control of the curls and to be able to dose the result. After a good rinse, a thermo-protective cream is spread evenly with a separator, and the hair is separated into several large locks. One by one, they are then wound up to two thirds of their length on a round brush that is held vertically for a maximum of spring, and dried at maximum temperature. It is allowed to cool each time on the brush (otherwise, it falls), then rewind the finger before fixing with a clamp, which is removed after 10 minutes break.
The final touch: to ventilate the curls, gently put your hands (dry) inside the hair. A hint of hairspray, and that's it ...
And the next day ? We can rework dry three to four lengths. Two solutions depending on its equipment: with the duo brush hair dryer or with a curling iron.
The objective : sublimate a very curly base.
How? To do on washed hair.
What will condition the result is the state of the fiber. It must be ultra-flexible while keeping the nerve to avoid crisp curls and get round spirals. Essential: we use a shampoo and a nutritious care for dry hair. Once clean and dewatered, they are untangled with a comb with very wide teeth (rather wood than plastic), we apply to the lengths a product without rinsing to support the loops, and let them air dry free without touching it. If we run out of time, we can opt for a diffuser ... To refine, we have the opportunity to redefine some wicks with a curling iron.
The final touch: we just make shine spikes with a dab of day cream.
And the next day ? This hairstyle holds pretty well in time, but it can be energized with moisturizing water or a foam that moistens the material, before twisting the locks around the finger, then release them without crumpling.
The objective : Get an ultra-voluminous, furiously sexy sparkling finish.
How? To do on hair already dry.
We operate on all small wicks, which we loop very "tight" one after another with a curling iron. Its diameter must be as thin as possible in order to obtain this afro effect. For optimal hold, spray a little hairspray just before you wrap the lock of hair on the appliance brush. Note: the steeper the natural base, the longer it will take to heat. When we finish (patience, it may be long enough), we wait 10min that the hair is completely cooled. Then we comb the hair in all directions with a brush in natural hair: it is this gesture that "breaks" the loop and gives the sparkling appearance, much more modern than simple curls.
The final touch: we spray again a little hairspray but just at the roots this time, to bring more volume. It does not add cream or hair oil on the lengths, it might weigh down the curls.
And the next day ? We rebrosse the whole of the head, and we eventually rework some wicks from above with the curling iron.
The objective : succeed a smooth chic, strong trend next spring.
How? To do on wet hair.
After the shampoo and conditioner - disciplinary formulas highly recommended - a full anti-frizz treatment is applied throughout the entire length (except on 2 to 3 cm of roots). The hair is smoothed with a flat square brush by pre-drying it in the dryer. When they become barely wet, place in the brushing "classic" with a big round brush. We save the locks that frame the face, on which we fix some heated rollers. The joker for those who dread blow drying and hair curlers: a rotating hot brush to print an outward movement, like a big gust of wind. But especially no smoothing plates, we want flexibility and naturalness!
The final touch: we comb the fingers to move the hair, and we add a dab of serum shine rubbed in the hands.
And the next day ? If we took the time to work well with a wick, the hairstyle easily holds two days.
