Eliminating cellulite and erasing the orange peel is not an easy task.

Here is a selection of the best fitness exercises to overcome cellulite.

  • The knee before jumped

With the knee before jumped, we work the glutes , the quadriceps and the back of the thighs.

Exercise: Take a step forward, raise the knee of the opposite leg, move back and rest. While walking, jump, to balance on one leg, slightly bent, with the knee of the other leg bent. Be careful not to put your knee too far, which should not go beyond tiptoe, and to lay your foot flat as you go forward ( see knee exercise before jumping on video ).

In practice: perform 4 sets of 20 repetitions.

  • Slot

When performed properly, this exercise requires the quads, buttocks and back of the thighs, slightly.

Exercise: place one foot in front, one foot behind, separated by one meter. They are not on the same line, but side by side. Take off the back heel, bend your legs to go down, and go back up. Be careful to keep your back straight and not to lean forward. The knee should not exceed the tip of the feet and the weight of the body is on the front heel. If these safety instructions are not followed, you can hurt your knees and back.

In practice: perform 4 sets of 15 repetitions.

  • The squat lift

The squat lift combines the squat, to strengthen the quadriceps and hamstrings and the lift, to solicit the glutes.

Exercise: start with a squat: shoulder-width feet, sit down and place the body weight on the heels. Keep your back straight. Going up, stretch one leg to the side. The tip of the feet is directed inwards and the support leg slightly bent ( see the exercise squat lift video ).

In practice: perform 4 sets of 20 repetitions.
